{"id":351,"date":"2014-01-31T16:04:30","date_gmt":"2014-01-31T15:04:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.danesin.it\/?page_id=351"},"modified":"2014-02-03T11:49:53","modified_gmt":"2014-02-03T10:49:53","slug":"tignanello","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.danesin.it\/en\/products\/wine-shop\/tignanello\/","title":{"rendered":"Tignanello"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Of intense <strong>ruby red color<\/strong>, aromas are characterized by a highly expressive varietal, with ample notes of red fruits, raspberries and licorice.<br \/>\nOn the palate the wine, although still very young, it is balanced, fine, with smooth tannins, good acidity, flavor and mineral notes that give it a long, lingering finish .<br \/>\n<strong>Tignanello<\/strong> is produced exclusively from the vineyard that is located on a plot of 57 hectares to the south -west of limestone and tuff, at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters above sea level at the Tenuta Tignanello . It &#8216; was the first Sangiovese to be aged in barriques, the first modern red wine blended with non-traditional varieties such as Cabernet, and among the first red wines made in the Chianti region without the use of white grapes. Tignanello, originally &#8220;<strong> Chianti Classico Riserva Tignanello vineyard<\/strong> &#8221; was vinified for the first time from a single vineyard in the year 1970, when it contained 20 % Canaiolo and 5% Trebbiano and Malvasia, and was aged in small barrels oak . With the 1971 vintage has become table wine of Tuscany and was named Tignanello, and with the 1975 vintage, white grapes were totally eliminated . Since 1982, the composition has remained the same as today .
