The sweet king is slightly spicy, the spicy type, has a stronger flavor and the pasta veined with firm and crumbly texture<\/p>\n<p>To make the most of the sweet creaminess of the gorgonzola, it is a good thing to remove it from the refrigerator at least half an hour before eating.<br \/>\nBoth are made with pasteurized milk from stables located in the area of origin with the addition of selected lactic acid bacteria and molds that give the characteristic veining .<\/p>\n<p>The seasonings last at least 50 days for the sweet type, and over 80 days for the spicy kind .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gorgonzola Gorgonzola is a raw paste cheese with an off white colour, whose green streaks are due to the process of marbling, and the formation of mold.
